1. Introduction

Welcome to Miana, a branding and marketing studio offering creative services including but not limited to brand strategy, visual identity design, content creation, and digital marketing. By working with us or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Miana agrees to provide services as outlined in individual proposals or service agreements. All deliverables, timelines, and scope of work will be defined per project.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide clear and timely feedback

Supply any required assets, materials, or access

Meet payment deadlines as specified in invoices

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are agreed upon in advance. Payment terms:

A [50%] deposit is required before work begins

Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as otherwise outlined

Late payments may incur a [5%] monthly interest

5. Revisions

Each project includes up to [2] rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions are billed at [insert hourly or flat rate].

6. Ownership and Rights

Miana retains ownership of all creative concepts and unused drafts.

Final approved work becomes the property of the client upon full payment.

Miana reserves the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. In such cases:

The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date

Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is due to fault on Miana’s part

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information disclosed during the course of the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

Miana is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of  United Kigdom.
